What you need for 5-6 people:
1.5 lbs salmon
2 cups of frozen peas
8-10 cups of cooked rotini pasta
1/2 onion chopped
3/4 cup half & half
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of parmesan cheese
splash of white wine
What to do:
Preheat oven to 450F. Coat salmon in olive oil & lightly salt & pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
Saute chopped onion in butter until soft. Add half & half, dill, 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese & add a bit of flour. Lightly whisk until it thickens. Add wine & peas.
Put pasta in casserole dish, add sauce & cooked salmon. Mix gently. Top with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Volia!
