what you need:
a granny smith apple
saint angel triple creme cheese (or a triple creme brie)
1/3 cup of cider vinegar
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon teaspoon dijon mustard
salt & pepper
what to do:
rinse & cut kale into bite size pieces. cut apple into thin slices.
cut cheese into small pieces & add on top.
for the dressing, combine vinegar & oil with honey. add dijon mustard and poppy seeds. salt and pepper to taste.
viola, you are finished!
