What you need:
-6 hard boiled eggs
-2 tps celery salt
-1/4 cup of mayo
-1 1/2tbsp whole grain mustard
-creole seasoning (I like Tony Chacheres)
What to do:
Cut eggs in half & scoop out yolks into a bowl.
Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, celery salt. Fill eggs with mixture.
Dusk with creole seasoning. Top with bacon pieces & parsley.
