what you need:
4 ounces of room temperature light cream cheese
1 can of low sodium black beans
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
4 chopped green onions
1/2 cup of shredded colby jack cheese
what to do:
in a large bowl smash back beans & mix with cream cheese. add cumin & garlic powder. chop green onions & add to bowl. add shredded cheese & mix.
