what you need:
a bushel of kale
what to do:
heat oven to 350ºF
wash kale & rip into bite size pieces (make sure rip leaves off of the stem).
drizzle kale with olive oil & sprinkle with sea salt & cheese.
bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until kale is crispy & brown on the edges.
& viola snack away!
* tip! if you want to cut the calories even more use olive oil cooking spray instead of olive oil
